Charley Moore is the Chief Commercial Officer, TrinityRail®, headquartered in Dallas, Texas.

TrinityRail is a comprehensive railcar leasing company enabled by manufacturing and services. With over 140,000 leased and managed railcars in its portfolio, it is a leading provider of comprehensive rail transportation products and solutions, including digitally enabled logistics services, manufacturing resources, railcar management, parts and maintenance.

Charley joined TrinityRail in 2018 leading the Customer Delivery and Fleet Management Solutions team. He was promoted in 2020 to lead the Agriculture sales team and promoted in 2023 to Head of Commercial Sales before he took over the Chief Commercial Officer role in January 2024. Prio to joining TrinityRail, Charley spent 18 years with BNSF Railway, where he worked in a leadership capacity across the Customer Service, Audit, Equipment Management, and Sales departments, enabling him to work directly with and develop solutions for strategic customers.

Charley received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Harding University and later received his MBA from Texas Christian University (TCU). Charley also taught Supply Chain at TCU for 5 years after graduating with his MBA. Charley has also served as a member of the National Grain Car Counsel. Charley has been married to his wife Lana for 28 years and they are the proud parents of two daughters, Kylee (22) and Katie (19).
