About Logan Ortiz

Logan is the CEO and President of LLEAD Services and GSO 23. Logan is a licensed civil engineer with over 14 years of industrial rail experience.

LLEAD Services, an engineering consulting firm, and GSO 23, a development company, were created to provide client-driven solutions to everyday problems. With a breadth of knowledge from construction management to engineering services, our teams strive to provide realistic solutions for each unique project. Each client can be assured that the constructability of a project will be brought to the forefront of any design, which includes the economics and feasibility of said project.

Logan had a vision to create a construction-minded consulting firm and development company that can work in any market with the efficiency necessary to maintain affordability and quality. Logan’s breadth of experience includes management & design services for commercial mixed-use development projects. The services rendered for the projects range from site development, grading, drainage, environmental, storm water pollution prevention plan, permitting, design, and engineering. Project expertise includes residential, mixed-use, commercial, industrial, and government type projects. Whether it is a green-field, brown-field, or just an expansion to an existing facility Logan’s team can assist in a multitude of facets.

Logan serves as an executive officer for two nationally recognized organizations SWARS and CMAA NTX. Logan won the SWARS 2019 Person of the Year for his efforts leading the special events for the organization as well as serving on the board. Logan holds MS & BS degrees in Civil Engineering from Kansas State University. Logan met his wife in 2008 and lives in Dallas, TX with his two children (Forrest and Cosette). Logan enjoys spending time with family, golfing, and staying active in the community.
