2025 Highlights

Annual conference in Dallas, Texas broke all records with 936 in attendance!
Sixty companies participated in our Tradeshow managed by Grit Productions
Todd Tranausky received the prestigious SWARS 2024 Person of the Year award at the 2025 Annual meeting. His wife and daughter were present at the award ceremony.
SWARS implemented a new badge receipt program called ON ARRIVAL at our annual meeting. An attendee walked up to a kiosk, typed in their last name, and then clicked on their name. The badge then automatically printed out and was handed to the attendee. The new system was quite successful and well received by all attendees.
The new 2025 Officer Slate was elected while in Dallas.

The 2025 Scholarship program is receiving applications until April 14^th. The results will be announced in late early June with awards presented to the recipients’ university of choice in July. Lory Whitley is chairing the program this year along with a large team of judges.
SWARS will be holding its 2025 Semi-annual conference at the Phoenix Renaissance hotel October 1-2^nd. There will be several fun events planned to add to the great line up of speakers.
