2021 Annual Sponsorship Form

Your Sponsorship helps to defray our costs and keep our conferences affordable and enjoyable. We have many different Sponsorship levels to choose from. Sponsors must sign up by February 11th to have logos included on signs and registration books. The following will be included for your 2021 Annual Sponsorship contribution:

Covers both conferences in 2021; Annual Meeting in San Antonio & Semi-Annual Meeting in Fort Worth
Company name/logo will be listed on the SWARS website and in SWARS meeting app
Company name will be displayed during both conferences on a display board
Company logo displayed during both SWARS conferences in a continuous running PowerPoint before meeting and during breaks
Sponsorship DOES NOT include any complimentary meeting/golf registrations
