2021 Semi-Annual Showcase Extravaganza participants will run from 7:00 am until 6:30 pm on Thursday, September 30, 2021. The following are included with your Exhibit Table Registration:
- Choose an exhibit table with One (1) or Two (2) Meeting Registrations INCLUDED (see below for pricing)
- One (1) six-foot skirted table and two chairs
- 20 Amp, 110 Volt Circuit, 2200-Watt (Standard) w/complimentary power strip
- Wi-Fi with internet access for 2021 Semi-Annual Showcase Extravaganza Room
- Participants must arrange any other services and/or AV equipment needs directly with the Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth Hotel
- Exhibit room will be available for set up from 6:00 – 7:30 pm on Wednesday, September 29, 2021, and again at 6:30 am on Thursday, September 30th
Exhibitors can use pop-up and table top displays, however no ‘trade show’ booths will be allowed. Exhibitors shall not transfer their table to another company without written permission from SWARS Co-Executive Director Linda Turner. We will do our best to accommodate any change requests submitted prior to September 14th.
Exhibitors shall be fully responsible to pay for any and all damages to property owned by Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth Hotel, its owners or managers which result from any act or omission of exhibitor. SWARS shall not be liable for damage to or loss, theft, or destruction of property at any time in or on the hotel premises.
Note: When you complete the check-out process for the Exhibit Table, you will be asked to enter the names of the Registrants included in your purchase.
